Why do Professional golfers stand behind the golf ball before the shot. They are preparing their mind mentally by miming. They picture their shot see it in their mind check their environment. Find a target,near or far, get a feel.
Above all commit!

Putting requires imagination.
In your mind see the ball role to the hole and drop in to the hole. Then reverse the path of the ball to your marker. Good luck miming is great power!

Buying golf clubs are like buying shoes. If shoes are too tight or loose you will not be comfortable.
When purchasing new clubs be sure to see an expert club fitter.
You will not regret it.

Many students have difficulty rotating hands and forearms during the downswing. A great drill that will help is the split hand drill.
Separate your hands by about 4 inches when gripping the club. Take some practice swings, then using a tee hit some 7 irons, hands still split. Do not worry if you hit pull hooks, it is expected. Continue drill for a few days.
Then using proper grip practice. You should see a change.

Many of my students ask me how do I aim the golf club!
Suggestions:
Stand behind your golf ball in line with your target. Locate a spot(blade of grass, twig ) or something else about a foot in front of your golf ball. Be sure that you look at that spot and your target from the face of your club. Align the club face, spot in front of the club and your target in a straight line . You are now properly aligned.
GO FOR IT!
Practice this as part of your routine when at the range.
