“I am currently on year four here at my happy place and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself both physically and mentally. I am 45 years old and have never worked out since high school. I was never athletic, yet I knew I needed a change in my life.
Walking into Burn on my first day was scary and difficult for me. It was an A-con day and I wanted to run out the door, literally- but after my first week in, I was completely hooked! I have made countless friends and accomplishments and I keep pushing myself each day I walk in those doors. I come in and do what I can, and leave proud of myself each day.
I have lost nearly 40 pounds and 6 inches in my waist , dropped 3 dress sizes, and I can finally wear mediums instead of XL’s!
What I love about Burn is the friendly trainers, the motivation, and the sisterhood of everyone always rooting for you. I couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you for everything! ”
