🔥 The Hood Is Born at Tavern 59! 🔥
Exciting progress continues on the new Tavern 59 kitchen as workers carefully construct the custom ventilation hood piece by piece! Once complete, this impressive system will travel through the employee lounge and up through the ceiling of the cart barn to provide proper ventilation for the new kitchen.
It is another major milestone in the Tavern 59 Kitchen Transformation—and with every piece installed, we are getting closer to bringing our new open kitchen and wood-fired pizza oven to life! 🍕👷‍♂️

⛳ Putting Green Progress!
Our practice putting green continues to take shape! Today, crews are carefully shaping the putting green surface and preparing the surrounding areas for fresh sod.
Tomorrow, the surrounds are scheduled to be sodded, adding another exciting layer of green to the renewed practice facility. We look forward to watching this important part of our Golf Course Renovation come together! 🌱 🎥Video credit John Spiwak

🌱⛳ A First for Savannah 1!
Another exciting milestone in our golf course renovation! The newly sprigged Savannah 1 green received its very first mow!
The video captures those first passes across the young TifEagle turf—an encouraging sign that the sprigs are taking root, filling in, and beginning to develop into the smooth putting surface our members will enjoy.
There is still plenty of growing and preparation ahead, but every mow brings Savannah 1 another step closer to its finished form.

105 Mile Club Visits Autism Collier Charter School
Members of our 105 Mile Club traveled in the Strand Van to tour Autism Collier Charter School, meet the school’s staff, and learn more about the students and programs they support.
The visit was especially meaningful because the school is fundraising for a van just like ours—an important resource that will help transport students and expand opportunities beyond the classroom.
We are proud to share that the 105 Mile Club is now halfway to its fundraising goal! Thank you to our members for continuing to walk, run, bike, and support this wonderful cause. Together, every mile brings the school one step closer to its new van!

🌅 Another Breathtaking Strand Sunset 🌅

Nature certainly put on a spectacular show last night, painting the sky with brilliant shades of orange, pink, and gold. Moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to call The Strand home.

A special thank you to our very own Executive Chef Kaustav Chatterjee Kaustav Chatterjee for capturing these stunning photos and sharing them with our community. Just as he creates beautiful works of art in the kitchen, he also has an incredible eye behind the camera!

🚜 Preserve 5 is Taking Shape!

The transformation of Preserve 5 continues as our renovation team begins reshaping the new green complex with heavy equipment.

Every pass of the dozer is carefully guided to create the new contours, elevations, and slopes that will enhance both the beauty and playability of the hole. While it may look like a construction zone today, this is where the vision starts to come to life.

It’s exciting to see another milestone in our golf course renovation, and we’re looking forward to sharing more behind-the-scenes progress as Preserve 5 continues to take shape.
