Progress continues on Sabal 9! ⛳
The framing for the new tee cart path is complete, and the next step is the concrete pour. This is another important piece of the renovation taking shape as we continue making improvements throughout the course.

⛳ Another Important Step for Our New Greens!
Our Golf Course Maintenance team is continuing the detailed grow-in process with an aeration application to our new greens.
Using pencil-sized solid tines, this process gently loosens the surface while creating minimal disruption. Following aeration, the greens are rolled to help firm and smooth the surface—an important early step toward developing the consistent, smooth putting surfaces our members will enjoy this season.
Every pass, every roll, and every detail brings us one step closer to opening day. We’re excited to watch these new greens continue to mature! 🌱🏌️‍♂️

Platinum Clubs® of America is one of the most prestigious distinctions in the private club industry, recognizing an elite group of clubs that demonstrate exceptional standards in leadership, operations, amenities, service, member engagement, governance, innovation, and the overall club experience. The 2027–2028 election will recognize just 320 clubs nationwide across six categories.

🌙 A Picture-Perfect Morning at The Strand
This morning, Golf Course Maintenance Director John Spiwak captured this beautiful view from the course — a glowing moon, soft morning skies, and a peaceful reflection across the water.
While much of The Strand was just beginning the day, our Golf Course Maintenance Team was already out on the course. Moments like this are a wonderful reminder of the natural beauty that surrounds us every day.
