Whether it is the loss of a person, or a pet, grief is a barometer of how much you loved. It never goes away, but it changes . The more you can talk about your loss, the more stories you can share the quicker you will heal. But healing will never be 100% because a part of you departs with each love you lose. I am sorry for anyone going through this pain. I have been through it , I know how devastating it is. Lean on those you love, talk, laugh, tell stories, honor, forgive and know you will see them again down the road. ❤️😇🙏

Here we are, stepping into the winter months....full of big meal holidays. So before we start with "I will start a diet or start working out, on 1/1/13" lets head it off at the pass. Get started now. Seeing progress BEFORE those food filled holidays will make it easier to chose the correct foods and still eat with the family. Join a gym now, motivation and trainers are there to assist you. Bring a friend, again motivational( don't pick someone with no drive!!)
Set your goals..what do you want to achieve. Weight loss? Toning? Strength? HEALTH!!!!!!Think, with sincerity, and realism. Be motivated, but do not set yourself up for a fall buy putting your goal at an unattainable position. Those with health issues should always consult with your doctor before starting any exercise. The array of convenient heart monitors, is a blessing to many. Share your goals with us here...your biggest support system..if you wish. We can create a specific plan for you. So let's take step one...make your goals and your commitment. Step 2 will be posted shortly!!
