I’m super pumped about this. Aqua Zumba is a great way to ease back into it. If you’ve been away from your routine for a while, you’re in the water which is easier on your joints and if you make a mistake, no one can see you! It’s more about moving having some fun getting your blood flowing and laughing! It’s easier on your joints. Guaranteed mood enhancer. You have nothing to lose except stress!
