"I'm not fit enough for a CrossFit challenge."

I hear this one all the time. And I get it.

But here's what you might not know:

The Transformer track was built specifically for people who feel this way. Every single workout has TWO versions:

RX (as prescribed) — for experienced athletes
SCALED — easier alternatives for every movement

Pull-ups? → We've got banded pull-ups and ring rows
Push-ups? → Knee push-ups or incline push-ups

Here's why we use InBody scans and NOT just a bathroom scale:

Two people can weigh the SAME and look completely different.

Person A: 170 lbs, 28% body fat
Person B: 170 lbs, 18% body fat

Same weight. Totally different bodies.

The scale doesn't tell you:
❌ How much is muscle vs fat
❌ If you gained 3 lbs of muscle and lost 3 lbs of fat (scale says "no progress")
❌ Whether you're retaining water from a salty meal
❌ If your body composition is actually improving

That's why every Summer Slim Down participant gets InBody scans at the start and end of the 8 weeks.
