Unwind deeply in this gentle 60-minute Yin Yoga class designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for stillness.

Traditional Yin Yoga uses long, passive holds to target the connective tissue, joints, and fascia while encouraging mindfulness and presence. Supported by music and ending with an extended Savasana accompanied by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this class offers an opportunity to slow down, soften, and simply be.

All levels are welcome.

This is what consistency looks like.

While most people are still deciding whether to hit snooze, John is already on his mat, putting in the work. One breath, one posture, one class at a time.

There is no shortcut to strength, flexibility, balance, or longevity. The secret is simply showing up again and again, especially on the days when it would be easier not to.

This morning’s Cobra Pose wasn’t about perfection. It was about practice. Lifting the chest, opening the heart, strengthening the spine, and continuing to build a healthier body one class at a time.

John has been doing exactly that for years, and it shows.

In Bikram Yoga Triangle, you are not trying to make the pose look pretty—although, Eunice is making it look pretty 😍
you are creating strength from the ground up. Press firmly into your feet, bend your knee deeply, stretch your arms in opposite directions, and keep lifting your chest as you rotate open.

Triangle challenges the legs, hips, spine, and shoulders while stimulating circulation and building focus. It asks you to stay present when things get uncomfortable and reminds you that growth often happens just beyond what feels easy.

Every Triangle looks a little different, and that is perfectly okay. What matters is showing up, doing the work, and giving your best effort today.

Kathy is one of those students who reminds us that consistency is powerful.

Three mornings a week, while much of the world is still hitting snooze, Kathy is walking through the doors at 6:45 AM ready to practice. Not because it’s always easy. Not because she always feels like it. Because she made a commitment to herself and continues to honor it.

Class after class, week after week, she shows up, does the work, and trusts the process. The strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence we see today weren’t built in a single class. They were built one early morning at a time.

We are grateful for the energy, dedication, and positive spirit Kathy brings to the room. She is proof that small, consistent actions add up to something extraordinary.

Ten women sat in a ceremonial circle and the connection created is difficult to describe…
it exists beyond words.
It is felt in the smiles, the knowing glances, the shared energy, and the space we hold for one another.

For a little while, the outside world faded away, and what remained was authenticity, compassion, and genuine human connection.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for each woman who showed up exactly as she is. Thank you for your trust, your courage, and your willingness to be part of something so beautiful.

Some experiences can be explained.

Lisa is a beautiful example of what happens when strength, balance, patience, and consistency come together.
In Bikram’s Standing Bow Pulling Pose, every part of the body has a job to do…
standing leg rooted, lifted leg kicking, chest opening, arm reaching, eyes focused.

What I love most about this photo is the alignment. There is effort, but there is also grace. Power, but also softness.

This pose isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about finding stability while everything is moving, expanding, and challenging you to grow.
