Let’s talk about spine alignment🧠👀
There are a few ways your spine can sit during movement and understanding them makes all the difference in how your core fires and how your body feel feels:
✨ Arched spine: when your back lifts off the mat — this can cost strain, poor posture, or make it harder for your abs to actually engage (aka why we usually avoid it)
✨Neutral spine: your sweet spot keeps your spine, natural S-curve and pelvis balanced so your core can do the work for you.
✨Imprinted spine: a slight press of your low back into the mat.
