As things start to settle down going into week 3 of the new school year our schedules as professionals and as parents are also starting to settle and become more organized!
Imagine the bell rings, schools done and over with. Rather than going straight home, you head to the gym, with your gym clothes and your water packed ready to get your sweat on!
We get a great strength based circuit style full body workout in! You sweat out your days worries and hit a reset before the day ends. And we repeat 2-3 times a week.
It’s such a great mental refresh while also getting great results physically!
I’ll be running this special for a week and only accepting up to 5 ppl.
