The beauty of this photo is that she is pretty close to the same weight in both photos. Much like yesterday’s post with Kelly Marie … Tatum has worked hard to change her overall body composition. She is actually in a clean build right now but over the past few years we have properly built - cut - and reversed to focus on . What this achieves is a situation where your life is not just swinging chaotically from all or nothing. With lifestyle or competing - goals are goals, & achieving them takes time attention and different phases. I work with my clients to learn (over time) how to get to a maintenance phase with flexibility & structure for growth. This prevents the sense of urgency to chase extremes for a quick fix and unsustainable results. … Thank you for trusting me with this. And is extremely excited for what the future will bring!

On this I have a great story. Kelly Marie is what we call a . In the world of this can be equally as frustrating as getting lean & show ready. The process for physique change happens in phases and definitely not overnight. 😬Typically we build/bulk/grow - allow added weight and fat - and then cut as we dial in to take the stage. Often the first time an athlete competes the situation begins with weight loss to help them get to the best and most conditioned version of themselves- (we all start somewhere) - and then the process evolves as you progress forward. ⭐️ Kelly Marie works incredibly hard to push past 92 pounds!! Over the past few years I have had the honor to watch this woman be the epitome of hard work and dedication. Yesterday I called this Consistency. These photos are roughly the same weight - and without going through a typical - we have absolutely made changes in all the areas of focus! The lesson here is that we are all different. And every program and process should be tailored to that individual- but ultimately YOUR , & + will = ! Great job !!!! Thank you for trusting me with your journey!
