Heartbreaking news as IBA lost one of our favorite coaches in Bryant Williams. Bryant brought passion and energy every time he stepped into the gym . His demanding yet caring style made him a beloved IBA coach . Our deepest sympathies and sincere condolences go to his wife Kelly and his children Adelle , Ethan, Ellis and Bryonne ( all IBA alumni). When he worked at the Apple store, he was simply known as Coach. Even after moving away, he consistently was checking on IBA. Personally, he has been one of my biggest cheerleaders from raising my kids to fighting cancer. He loved being in Arizona but in our last conversation he offered to come back and help with the Chicago facility in the works. IBA and coaching was in his DNA. RIP to you Coach.

IBA is hosting a free evaluation day for 3rd-8th grade players who are interested in joining us for the fall/winter Illinois Basketball Academy.

Saturday 10/24 & 10/31 we will have a free evaluation session for players interested in joining our academy. The session will be from 9-10:30am each day.

How you finish around the basket depends on the DEFENSE. Not which side of the basket you are on. As players enter high school, they need to be proficient with BOTH hands around the basket. It will give you options!
