A new school year brings a lot of great changes.
Maybe your workouts need a change too!l 💪

We start classes at 5:30 AM ( 45 minutes) so you can get your workout done before your day starts! Not an early bird… grab a class after school, and join us on the weekends!

📌We have a great discount we offer teachers in District 203!!

We are almost 11 years strong with seasoned instructors, a variety of classes, and a fun supportive community!
