Almost 53 years young. And look at her🔥.
Let’s talk about 53. This woman is almost 53 years young - and she looks amazing!
No GLP-1’s.
No hormones.
No shortcuts.
Just strength training, cardio, consistency, discipline, good nutrition and taking care of herself.
And here’s the truth: you have to put the work in.
There is no substitute for showing up, pushing yourself, building muscle 💪🏼, getting stronger and staying consistent - even when you don’t feel like it.
I’m so incredibly proud of this woman.
I want women to understand something about getting older and going through menopause:
Menopause is not a sentence to becoming weak, soft or feeling like you’ve lost control of your body.
You can build muscle.
You can get stronger.
You can change your body composition.
You can feel confident and powerful in your 50’s and way beyond. Ask my clients that are 80 years young and up!
It takes consistency. It takes effort. It takes patience. And YES - you MUST put the work in.
I am not saying everyone has the same body, genetics, everyone’s journey is completely different just like our bodies. I am certainly not saying medication or hormone therapy is wrong for anyone. I have other very successful clients on GLP-1’s and I am on hormone therapy so there 😘. You do what works for you - I do!
But I DO want women to know that menopause does not mean you have to surrender your strength, your confidence or your body.
This woman has put in the WORK, and I couldn’t be more proud of her.
Almost 53 has never looked so strong. ♥️💪🏼
Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Your future self will thank you. ♥️ TJ
