New chapter has began which of course means a new schedule ⏰

Mon-Fri

high school athletes 13 and up 5 to 6 pm

Monday- friday

Youth training 12 and under 6 pm to 7 pm

Sat all ages 8am to 9am

Can’t wait to see you all let’s get to work

Well what do you know all those sleds you love to do paid off. A big congratulations to Xtreme’s very own Emily morales on being up for youth athlete of the year.

It’s awesome to watch all your hard work in the gym pay off on the field. Clearly those sleds you hate have paid off 😂😂.

Emily was the only freshman called up to varsity regionals. She has a batting avg. of .526 and is always on a gym trying to improve. We’re proud to be a part of this journey for you and we hope you win!!!

What can we say other than the young buck showed up and showed out against the old timers. Looks like they may have to start hitting the gym a lil bit more 👀👀.

A great session for all, the trash talk was real but when push came to shove these guys continued to push each other to get better. 💪🏽💪🏽

we hope you continue to make big strides in your training while you’re at college. We wish you luck in your first college season and we look forward to making a trip down to watch play. 🏀🏀

We had such a packed house on sat we needed 2 trainers for 2 different groups.

While focused on plyometrics and sprint work, coach Rob’s group focused on change of direction drills. We followed it up with a lil friendly competition outside with some sprints 🏃 🏃‍♀️.

All of our athletes brought the 🔥. A great session with maximum effort by all. Like coach B said this is the place to be. Get here!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
