Welcome one and all, we are Napa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu we have been in the Napa Valley since 2007. Come train with us, learn jiu jitsu and other a couple of other grappling arts in a fun and safe atmosphere. Our prices .

Balance + timing

Last night, we kicked off the week with a few awesome take downs taught by professor . We sharpened up on off balancing our opponent, timing, and following through the take down to arm bars or an advantageous position.

Morning Crew Up and At It!

Half Guard

Professor taught us some sick sweeps and attacks last night from half. Everyone on the mats put in WORK! It’s also great to see new faces that have recently joined our family here at the gym. We see you 👀🙌

Full class this Monday night!

Monday’s evening class was 🔥

Our mats were PACKED last night for our 7:00pm class! We were also blessed to have techniques taught by both professor and .

This month, we will focus our attention on single leg x and x-guard. Last night we were taught a few great passing and defensive positions. Side bonus: Professor Jesse taught some really great standup/take-down techniques.

No short cuts - mat time is the only way to get better. See you tonight!
