New League, New Season! 🌟 A new level of competition, under the lights, is coming to Napa High on Sundays this spring. Our new Pre-k/ kindergarten Division focuses on really teaching the kids the basics of the game. The first 3 weeks of the season teams will be divided up into stations were they are taught how to line up, take a hand off, go after flags and catch and throw the ball. The last 3 weeks teams will take what they learned and put it into action in games. It’s important that we teach the kids the foundation of the game instead of just throwing them out there in the fire. If you want your kids to actually learn how to play and develop as an athlete sign them up for this spring Flag football season

Napa Families, we are excited to announce that Under The Lights Flag Football will be coming to your city this summer! Games will be on Friday nights from 6-9 pm. Under the Lights is a league that focuses on bringing the community together while providing a safe and exciting platform for kids to develop their athletic skills and have fun. We have two divisions: Girls from kindergarten to high school and boys from kindergarten to 8th grade. Sign up today!
