Bring a sack lunch, water bottle, gloves, outdoor appropriate attire, garden tools for trail maintenence and waders if you have them.

The Bass bite on Sierra Foothill Lakes is red hot right now, and will continue into June!!! Don't get us wrong we love trout fishing too, and have lots of options for that as well, but as they say don't knock it till youve tried it! If you want to get out and absolutely rope fish in some beautiful scenery, then a warm water trip on Lake Berryessa, Englebright, Oroville or Shasta may be in order! Get ready to be sore from grinnin' and fish wranglin!

Something to brighten your Monday morning! This young man is all of 9 years old! Today is his birthday, so leave him some encouragement in the comment section. This was his first day ever fly fishing and first fiah on a fly rod. Not only was Dad there to witness it, but also Grandpa! Three generations of fly fishermen... experiencing priceless memories together!

We are very proud of , and our crew for educating generations of fly fishers on our local Northern California waters! Your patient, articulate instruction and passionate pursuit of excellence is making lifelong fly fishers and nature lovers out of our guests.

Fish in the net, is not the only way we measure success on our trips. (honestly, it is pretty important!) Equipping anglers with tips and techniques for repeated success, not just on our guided trips, but on their own, is also critical. That being said, the ridiculous rate at which our guides put slabs in hands and smiles on faces... on the regular, is extraordinary!
