It isn’t a surprise that regular exercise benefits our society. Multiple studies support evidence that at least 150 hours of exercise per week fend off significant illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, psychological and emotional disorders leading to depression, and an assortment of cardiovascular diseases.

As we consult with our clients, a popular goal is to refine lifestyle habits that support sufficient physical activity. If we can reinforce our culture's habits and decision-making ability to support physical activity, we will see a decrease in life-threatening diseases.

Do you experience shoulder pain? Here is an exercise that can help relieve pain and tension in your shoulders!

Start off small when doing shoulder circumductions with 5 repetitions, then increase to 10.

If you are experiencing shoulder pain, take a break from exercises that may cause irritation to that area, and start to incorporate exercises that are less compressive.

Do less weight-bearing exercises and more range of motion exercises!
