It's the official start of a New WW Year with our week 1 topic, PORTIONS 101. Join the hands-on fun at this week's meetings, and in the mean time make a small change commitment beginning today to 'weigh & measure food more accurately'. Some suggestions:
1) pick one meal this week, for example Dinner, and weigh/measure all components
2) Pre-portion out the next 5 days worth of healthy-on-the-go-snacks, then take then with you
3) Purchase after dinner treats in single-serving packages, then commit to having only one a night
