What is NinjaZone?
NinjaZone is our newest program offered here Hand Combat/
- it’s a fusion of gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and obstacle course racing. NinjaZone is a weekly high-energy
class, and is perfect for kids of all ages & skill ability.
What ages is it for? (From 18 months to 13 Years old)
Baby Ninjas: 18 months - 3 years
Goals: Get familiar with the space and fundamental movement, develop coordination, fine and
gross motor skill development, body awareness, and socialize with peers.
Lil Ninja: 3 years - 5 years (PreK)
Goals: Learn the fundamentals of Ninja Skills, build listening skills, build confidence, try new
things, work through frustration, and learn manners.
School-Age Ninja: 5+
Goals: Learn Ninja Skills and progressions, build character with the Ninja Creed, and develop
body awareness, proprioception, coordination, and creativity.
What does a class look like?
Ninjas will always start with a fast-paced warm-up to get the blood flowing - they’ll never get
bored! After the warm-up, they’ll present the Ninja Creed, where they learn character traits such as responsibility & honesty. Then Ninjas are led through different zones, where they will learn new skills, upgrade skills they’ve mastered, and go through different courses & challenges.
Before Ninjas are dismissed, they will line up and do the Ninja Mantra, where they’ll commit to
living the Ninja Lifestyle outside of class.
Do you need a uniform?
All participants in the NinjaZone program are required to have a uniform - this helps us promote a sense of community & responsibility for our Ninjas, while giving them a premium
feel - they’ll be on top of the world in their Ninja uniform!
How do Ninjas level up?
Once Ninjas have shown mastery in all of their skills within a specific level, they will be invited to a Mission Ceremony, where they will be tested on their knowledge.
Upon completion of the Mission Ceremony, Ninjas will be rewarded with a certificate of completion, as well as their new
color headband.
