Nampa and Eagle locations have daytime classes to fit all ages and abilities in Gymnastics and Ninja! A perfect addition to your homeschooling schedule to include fitness, socializing and FUN! 🤸

All students are welcome and if you are enrolled in IHLA, it is easy to get funding for classes!

Our Movement Skills Clinic is designed to help you build the foundations behind a stronger handstand through expert coaching, individualized feedback, and proven progressions.

Whether you’re working toward your first handstand, refining your balance, or learning the foundations of a press handstand, we’ll help you develop the strength, body control, and technique needed to progress with confidence.
