Teaching at the Bend Yoga Festival has been an amazing experience. So many kind and inspiring people.
So many sweet and pettable dogs! 7am is not Teresa's jam but she brought all the love this morning and we all left feeling more open and connected to each other. Maybe she's secretly an Early Bird? Nah! She's just a bad ass who loves reminding people that they have the right to take up all the space!

I have tried posting this for about an HOUR! it is so busy. We are meeting so many interesting people and sharing so much information about how, for most people, your insurance includes 4 Yoga classes per month. Loving it!
