Northwest Gun Supply Manufacture and Sales of AK47, AK74, and AK variants. The parts kits Northwest Gun Supply uses in the manufacturing process are true military surplus kits.

Whenever possible we will only use matching kits but as with everything that is not always possible. We only use the necessary number of U.S. parts to make the weapon 922r compliant. What that means is that we will generally use a new quality fully heat treated U.S. receiver, Tapco G2 trigger, and a quality chrome lined or Nitride treated Green Mountain Barrel. As a side note, if we are able to fi

nd original hammer forged barrels we will use them instead. Depending on how we received the parts kit dictates the overall finish of the firearm. If the kit comes to us with an enamel finish, we match the enamel finish on the finished product. If the kit comes to us blued we will match the bluing on the finished product. We also apply the proper selector markings based on which country originally produced the firearm.

DM for details! FFL’s welcome! Newly restored Romanian AKM’s chambered in 7.62x39. These rifles were brought back to life using a numbers-matching parts kits. Built on a Childer’s receivers and coated in Norrel’s moly resin, these beautiful examples of Romanian hardware will last for generations to come. Gas system, rails and trigger have been tuned for a pleasant shooting experience.
