Progress is progress. My postpartum fat loss has been slow and steady. Currently I am still breast feeding, 9 months strong 💪🏼 my workout schedule has been inconsistent and my meal planning nonexistent. It is what it is! I was in the best shape of my life when I got pregnant and my body changed a lot over 9 months. I’m taking my time and enjoying every moment of this first year with my little boy and learning to prioritize myself a little bit more again. I finished the F45 challenge this week. I missed about 1.5 weeks from traveling and weddings but my final results are 4lbs down, 2in lost in my waist, 1in lost around the hips, and about 3% bf lost. now it’s time to start working on running so I can pass a PT test in October 😅

Normalize realistic expectations of your “bounce back” after literally growing a human being and birthing them. EVERY body is different, EVERY path is different. Your “bounce back” may be acceptance of your new body, it may be pushing for change even if it’s slow, it may even happen super quick for you. Stop comparing your journey with others. We walk different paths but we can support each other whatever your “bounce back” looks like. ❤️ Merry Liftmas to you all and remember to be kind to yourself and others ❤️💪🏼

Working out looks a different these days and there is nothing wrong with that. It’s taken me awhile to feel like a beautiful pregnant woman. Between my clothes not fitting and being tired pretty much all of the time it has been such a big adjustment. At this point of my pregnancy, 25 weeks, I am working out 3-4 times a week. I take days off when my body feels like it needs it and I eat what I want within reason. I have gained about 15lbs. I am proud of my body growing this little boy and cannot wait to teach him how to lift weights and take care of his body.

Happy Sunday everyone! I hope your weekend was everything you needed it to be.
A little life update, my husband Oliver and I are expecting our first child! A little boy 💙💙

With pregnancy, a lot has changed in my life. Working out tho still a priority has taken a back seat when I have needed it to. I’ve been listening to my body and resting when that is what it needed even if it drove me a little crazy.

I feel a little fluffier than I usually like to but so far I haven’t had any weight again. I get tired quicker during workouts and am sure to not over do it.

I’ve been blessed to have some incredible women to talk to when I haven’t been feeling like myself and am pleased that my feelings have been validated and not just brushed off.

The next 5 months are going to be interesting to say the least, and I am excited to share my first pregnancy journey with y’all!
