I remember back in the day, how disappointed I was when the movie "Never Ending Story" ended.

I had thought I found some "i don't ever have to go to bed" hack.....And then the end credits started rolling. Atrau betrayed me...Never ending story my ass!

Anyways, just like that story, every other chapter also has ends to it. I have re-evaluated my life goals and have decided it's best for my family for me to not run "all the businesses", and it's time for me to par down the stuff on my plate. Idaho Gun school will no longer be on that plate.

It's super sad, we've been doing some amazing things over the years, from very new shooters, to experienced shooters and everyone in between. If you call us, we're sorry to make this 2026 announcement.

Watch the ole personal page for all of the pot stirring shennanigans that your little heart can take. I'll also be making some pretty big announcments there in about 30 days or so :D.

some types of purchases have increased EXPONENTIALLY with the removal of the infringement of a tax.

I hear that some purchases that required a 200 dollar tax was about 2500 per month, and in january it increased to 150,000 or so applications for this month now that the 200$ tax hurdle is no longer in place.

When I teach it, I teach it simply as the force that a person uses that they know or should know would cause serious bodily injury or d3@th.

Nearly any tool can be used to that level. from pencils and typewriters to fi****ms and cars.

A reasonable security plan by a school district….

WASD is proposing two major changes to its Enhanced Campus Safety Plan. One proposal includes hiring Campus Sentinels, or armed guards, for all district campuses.

The ONLY 2 metrics that matter in shooting is "time and accuracy".

it's the only way that you can actually measure your progress.

Knowing how "urgently" you can get your tools into service is vital.

Knowing that you aren't as "fast" as you think you are, is helpful to make sure that the Dunning Kruger effect is minimized in your self defense plan.

A Boise woman has been sentenced to a period of retained jurisdiction for forcing her way into another woman’s home and stabbing her 20 times.
The victim told the court, “I am grateful to be alive, but my life is forever changed. I still check the locks multiple times each night.”
