Hey so we are going to start classes back in August. We are going to start with 1 day each gym per week until we get a few more instructors.

Nahunta - Tuesday's at 6 pm
Blackshear - Thursday's at 6 pm.

We do a beginner class. Stretching, HIIT and weights. Class will be roughly 45 mins to 1 hr.
