Wait until the end! Violet knows she does not need her goggles to swim! Sometimes kids use goggles as a crutch so getting them used to doing skills without them is really important!

When starting to learn how to swim it’s really important to develop hip and leg strength! Instead of paddling with the arms put them straight infront and look down while kicking. This will help strengthen the hip flexibility and leg muscles! This helps you become a stronger swimmer and have a smoother transition going into stroke development!

I will shout it from the rooftop, ISR is a waste of money and time! You pay thousands and your child doesn’t even learn to save themselves? I don’t get it! I promise your child can learn the skills to actually save themselves! And be swimming independently!
