ANNOUNCEMENT: Summer Showdown Workout #3!

(M/M/F/F Teams)
This is a fast paced ladder style MetCon with built-in rest for weight changes. Moderate pacing and hard work will be required to maximize the scored component of T2B (knee raises above parallel for intermediate) each 3:00 round.

*Two bikes: 14 and 12 cals before switching. (Male or female, doesn’t matter who completes which.)
*Two bars: M & F weights loaded each round. 12/12, 9/9, 6/6, and 3/3 reps must be completed on each bar. (Doesn’t matter who completes which)
*Synchro T2B: Any configuration of 2 athletes may complete counted reps.

Partner & Team Competition July 30th! REGISTER TODAY

We’re excited to host the Summer Showdown partner and team competition with divisions of pairs (M/M & F/F) and teams of four (M/M/F/F) from ages 18 to 55+.

The competition will consist of, but not limited to, 3 workouts and a floater (not released before the event) to be held on Saturday, the 30th. Heat One will kick off at 8am and will wrap up by 4pm.

**Registration deadline to receive a t-shirt is July 22nd.

FAQ:
Q: Is this the right competition for me?πŸ€”
A: Of course! We are looking for the following CrossFit Athletes:You're super positive! You're totally encouraging! You're ready to throw down!
If you are looking for a super serious competition, and on your way to the CrossFit games - this one is probably not for you....
If you are looking to meet new friends and to have a blast, then you found the right one!

Q: Will the workouts be released prior to the event?πŸ”­
A: Workouts will be released to our NarroWay Instagram page no later than 1 week in advance of the competition.
The floater workout will not be released before competition day. πŸ“«

A: Refunds will be available 48 hours prior to the registration cutoff date (7pm on July 28th). Substitutions and registration transfers for all divisions are permitted 48 hours prior to registration cutoff date.⏱
