🍎 Calling all SFASU Student Teachers & First-Year Alumni! 🪓

Let’s be honest: taking over a classroom is rewarding, but it can also be incredibly stressful. Between lesson planning, grading, and adapting, burnout is real—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
The SFASU Counseling Clinic is launching a FREE online Wellness & Stress Management Support Group tailored specifically for you.

💡 What to expect:
• A safe, confidential space to vent and share challenges.
• Real, actionable tools to beat burnout and manage anxiety.
• Facilitated by Master of Arts counseling graduate students (supervised by our Clinic Director).

⏰ When: Mondays from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, starting Monday, June 29th.
💻 Where: Virtually via Zoom.
🎟️ Cost: 100% Free, and NO RSVP required! Just drop in whenever your schedule allows.

Attention Lumberjacks! Our operating hours for this week (8/7 - 8/10) will be 11AM - 6PM with the exception of being completely closed this Thursday 8/10. We will return to normal operating hours the following week (8/14 - 8/17), which is 11AM - 9PM.

The SFA Counseling Clinic will be closed from December 12th to January 9th and will be open on Monday, January 9th, 2023 regular hours. Our clinic will continue to be open during our regular hours (11am-9pm) for the remainder of the semester operating on the university calendar.
