NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME YARD LABORER, Mystic, CT

Gwenmor Marina is looking for a full-time Yard Laborer for the spring launching season and beyond.

This is a hands-on outdoor job and a great fit for someone who likes physical work, working around boats, and can work independently when needed.

Job duties include:
• Sanding, scraping, and painting boat bottoms
• Washing, compounding, and waxing boats
• Assisting with launching boats
• Moving and organizing yard materials
• Helping with marina yard work and daily operations

What we’re looking for:
• Dependable and on time
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Marina / boat experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime available

• Flexible schedule

We’re pleased to offer a limited number of slip availabilities for the 2026 season. Family-owned and operated since 1969, our marina is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Mystic. Gwenmor Marina, INC is well protected, features new floating docks, and offers the added benefit of Mercury-certified technicians on site for any service or boat work you may need. Water and electricity, bathrooms with showers and gazebo areas with grills to enjoy with your family!
