AUGUST RESET: CLEANSE. NOURISH. REBUILD.

SPZ 720 Fitness family, cleaning the house means more than sweeping the floor. We must also clean up what we’re feeding the mind, body, and spirit.

A cleanse is not magic. You cannot drink herbs, teas, juices, or supplements while continuing to overload your body with processed foods, excess sugar, alcohol, dehydration, poor sleep, and inactivity.

A genuine reset is a process:
🥬 Eat nourishing whole foods.
💧 Hydrate consistently.
🏃🏾 Move your body.
😴 Prioritize quality sleep.

Summer wasn’t about being perfect. It was about building a foundation. 💪🏾

This summer, our Elite 8 athletes showed up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ready to work. We focused on the fundamentals that often get overlooked—body control, balance, coordination, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, endurance, confidence, and learning how to move with purpose.

Great athletes aren’t built by shortcuts. They’re built through repetition, discipline, and mastering the basics until they become second nature.

Every sprint, every drill, every correction, every smile, and every challenge became another brick in the foundation of their future. The goal isn’t just to create better athletes—it’s to develop confident young people who understand that progress comes from consistent effort.

To every athlete and parent who trusted the process this summer…thank you. This is only the beginning.

RESET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM — ONE BREATH AT A TIME

Your body doesn’t always know the difference between a real emergency and the stress you’ve been carrying all day.
Bills. Work. Relationships. Parenting. Deadlines. Lack of sleep.

Your heart speeds up, your shoulders tighten, your breathing becomes shallow, and your mind keeps racing.
You may not be able to eliminate every source of stress tonight—but you can teach your body that it’s safe enough to slow down.

Try this simple breathing routine:
1. Ground Yourself (30 seconds)
Sit comfortably or lie down.
Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Place one hand on your chest and one on your stomach.

2. Diaphragmatic Breathing (2–3 minutes)
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
• Let your belly rise more than your chest.
• Exhale gently through your mouth for 6 seconds
• Repeat 10–15 slow breaths.
Longer exhales encourage your body to shift toward a calmer, more relaxed state.

3. Box Breathing (2 minutes)
Great before a meeting, during a stressful day, or before bed.
• Inhale – 4 seconds
• Hold – 4 seconds
• Exhale – 4 seconds
• Hold – 4 seconds
Repeat 5 rounds.

4. The “Physiological Sigh” (1 minute)
When you’re feeling overwhelmed:
• Take one deep breath in through your nose.
• Without exhaling, take a second short inhale.
• Slowly exhale completely through your mouth.
Repeat 3–5 times.
This can quickly reduce that feeling of being wound up.

As you breathe, remind yourself:
“I cannot control everything around me, but I can control this breath.”
“My body deserves rest.”
“I will meet tomorrow with a clear mind.”
“Peace begins with this moment.”

Remember, breathing doesn’t erase life’s challenges. The conversations still need to happen. The bills still need to be paid. The work still needs to be done.

But a calm mind makes better decisions than an overwhelmed one.

Tonight, give yourself permission to slow down.

One breath.
One moment.
One reset.

Think back to the day you came into this world. Your story didn’t begin in comfort. It began through effort, sacrifice, and resilience.

Someone believed your life was worth fighting for before you ever took your first breath.
Since that day, every sunrise has been another opportunity to keep growing.

Growth isn’t measured by birthdays. It’s measured by the person you choose to become when life gets difficult.

Youth Volunteer Opportunity

Dieselz Enterprises Group, LLC – Youth Initiative

Parents & Community,

We’re inviting young people throughout our community to be part of something bigger than themselves.

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, during the Freewoods Festival in Burgess, SC, Dieselz Enterprises Group, LLC will be launching a community volunteer opportunity for youth who want to serve, gain experience, and give back.

This opportunity is open to all young men and young women—they do not have to be part of the SPZ 720 Fitness Elite 8 Athletic Training Program. If they have a willing heart and want to help, they’re welcome.

Volunteer Opportunities

* Help keep the festival grounds clean by monitoring trash and recycling.
* Assist with parking guidance (under adult supervision).
* Help families, vendors, and visitors as needed.
* Support event setup or breakdown.
* Be a positive representative of our community through service.

Volunteers do not have to stay all day. Whether they can give one hour, two hours, or several hours, every helping hand makes a difference.

Volunteer Benefits

* Community service experience.
* Certificate of Participation.
* Verified sign-in and sign-out documentation for volunteer hours.
* Leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and community engagement experience.

At Dieselz Enterprises Group, LLC, we believe that building stronger communities starts by giving our youth opportunities to lead through service. This initiative is about teaching responsibility, creating pride in our community, and showing our young people that their time and effort matter.
