Our Denis N Sam Boissonneault have sold their house and will be moving on to their next chapter in Walterboro 🥲 This lady will be so missed by our tribe so we are celebrating her this coming Wednesday, Sept 17th at 1229 Shine in Market Commons at 5:30p. Come send her on her next journey with love 🥂

As most of you already know, I am switching up my schedule a bit to make room for a secondary career in the Medical Aesthetics Industry. With that being said, I will be seeing clients at the MedSpa on Mondays and Wednesdays and seeing Fitness clients for Personal Training and Small Group trainings on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. This week we will resume 9a Small Group on Thursday. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your support in this new chapter. Love you all most! 🌻🌻🌻🌻

I know the ladies love some peaches but I needed something that was representative and would appeal to Women and Men.
Women, myself included have Tiger stripes (stretch marks) and as women we are constantly trying to cover them up. Our body's grow and shrink through baby's and life. I've earned every tiger stripe and scar on not just my body but my heart. And still I've rose again, fixed my crown and pushed forward with ferocity. I've prevailed through every new stripe and scar. So I feel like this Tiger Queen represents us all. Own your stripes. YOU ARE LIMITLESS.

Some days it's not about lifting heavy. But some days it is. Some days it's about lighter weight and high reps. Some days it's about time under tension. Some days it's about slow concentrated movements and some days it's all out max effort for 30-45 seconds at a time. It's ALL OF THESE THINGS that shape a physique. When you constantly switch it up you constantly progress.
