What is your why? Studies show people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing. This is my why! The gym has been my outlet through many hard times in my life and my way of getting away from my own demons. It has been my way of dealing with my own mental wellness for many years. I encourage you to find your why and continue grind to make yourself better each and everyday!

Everyone has a reason why they got into fitness, whether it was sports, a way of dealing with stress, or even a way of dealing with loss.

What is your reason why?

I’ll tell you mine. I’ve always played soccer growing up from the age of four until now. However, I never really got into working out with weights until four years ago.
Four years ago, I lost one of my closest friends, my father, and in order to deal with that loss, I found safety in fitness and the gym. It’s my spot to better myself each and every day and challenge myself beyond what I think I can do. We all have that reason why, and I want you to use it to push you towards your goals!
