Falling down can happen.
Knowing how to get back up safely is a skill. 🥋
Yesterday, our Kids Jiu-Jitsu students practiced an important self-defense technique: how to safely get back to their feet while staying aware and protected.
It may look like a simple movement, but it teaches something bigger: stay calm, protect yourself, create space, and get back on your feet.
At RDT, we teach skills for the mats and skills for real life.
