After an incredible summer, we wanted to give back to our incredible members. With that we present to two new pieces of incredible equipment from

First we have the Belt Squat an absolute necessity for your leg days. Perfect for those trying to get back into squatting, either recovering from injury or just someone who got away entirely. But also perfect for advanced lifters trying to completely isolate the legs while being able to over load weight safely. A major tool for getting your legs HUGE without the pressure of being loaded on your back. A piece we’ve wanted for a while and we got the best on the market!!

Secondly the chest supported row. Currently replacing our old t-bar row. This piece of equipment will absolutely humble you. Equipped with adjustable and rotating handles to help target any part of the back you’re looking to hit. Adjustable foot plate to accommodate everyone short or tall. (Again, this is currently replacing the old t-bar but please let us know if that a piece you’d like to see make a comeback!)

These pieces are perfect for what we strive everyday to be. But again these are absolutely a thank you to everyone that steps foot in We urge you to please give a huge thank you to Nancy and Ted Capp when you see them next for always looking out for our people!
