CWP Permit class this Saturday 4/2/22

The class scheduled for this Saturday still has a couple of open seats. Send a message or call the shop to discuss scheduling your class. Class runs from 8:30 AM until about 2:30 PM. We provide all class work, state application paperwork, and testing both written and shooting on the range. feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Space for this one is limited. Here’s a complete project from start to finish. New hot bluing for the rusted metal. Sand, re-stain, and polyurethane for the wood stock. A new recoil pad and scope mount and she’s ready for the next hunt. This is an old Springfield 1903 rifle. By looking at it now it’s hard to believe it’s over 70 years old!!

At East Coast Custom Fi****ms we work on all types of guns. The owner of this Connecticut Arms side by side 16ga shotgun valued at approximately $5000 was turned away from a few other shops before he found me. He explained that the others weren’t willing to work on it. We had no problem accepting his shotgun and soon found a broken sear spring and old grease was causing one barrel to misfire. With the internals cleaned and a new spring it’s back to shooting 100%.

A customer brought me this 10/22 receiver with the top rail holes stripped. It would no longer hold the scope rail in place. No problem. I drilled and tapped each hole to the next size up (8x40 tpi) and drilled and counterbored the rail to fit the bigger screw heads. Mounted it all up and it tightened down rock solid. Ready to mount the scope.

About Us

Eccfirearms has been a full time business since July of 2010 offering repairs to guns as well as custom work. We are not a retail store but rather a full service repair shop. We have a class 2 type 7 FFL so we can work on everything from semi-auto pistols to full autos. ECCFi****ms offers several refinishing options like hot bluing, Parkerizing, Cerakote, and even real color case hardening for that authentic cowboy look. We have a full service machine shop to fabricate broken or obsolete parts. We perform shop work Monday through Friday and on Saturday we offer the SLED approved CWP class for anyone wanting to get a concealed carry permit. Since the shop is not a retail store we ask that all visitors call and make an appointment to discuss or drop off your project. We are always happy to answer questions just give us a call.
