Good morning ! First Day of Summer !!!
Reminder tomorrow 10:30am at the center. Pizza, Cupcakes, Bowling, Awards

I just want everybody to be on the same page.There was an error that was made in the 12 and up league. That was caught yesterday I have talked to every family that it affects teams standings.
Long story short most of the score sheets were pretty much correct. These are the sheets that you write the scores down on.
But the standing sheet was missing a Bowler the entire season from week 4 to 10. This is where the scores get imported after you go to a computer.
I honestly don’t know what happened if the vacancy just would not come through the system or would not save after we put it in.
We have called the rules department. To find out what the proper way is and they said to fix it from when the child dropped which is week 4.
Unfortunately, this changes standings. I know there is a lot of kids crushed or kids worried the people will be mad at them for the changes.
This was an error I take full fault. I should have caught this. This is not anyone’s fault but a computer and me. None of us want any kids to be crushed. The teams that moved up and the teams that went down no one wants kids to be hurt.
There is no win win here. I am just so sorry it happened.
Tomorrow, no matter what we are one Myrtle Beach bowl team we support all of the kids we are going to celebrate all of our kids.

I hope you are all doing well. Thank you so much to all who came out to the Chicken Bog Dinner last night !!

Saturday is our awards ceremony at 10:30am
We will have cupcakes, awards (everyone has one) and pizza
You can bowl after for fun if you would like
We are also doing a fundraiser for Jr Gold at Noon a 9pin No tap (flyer attached)
Please make sure all envelopes are cleared and attached is a flyer about upcoming youth programs.
