5 months ago, I made a decision to be a part of a company because I believe in the products and they were helping me so much that I had to share what I know being that I’m in the health and wellness industry!

I’m not one for magic pills and I don’t believe in “DIETS” what I do believe in is in “LIFESTYLE” and full transformations working on the root cause of symptoms! I believe in lifestyle shifts to make changes over time and as you put in those efforts small changes begin to shift and they amount to big things!

Why I decided to join “Make Wellness” was because I was at a point in my life where hormone shifts are happening, I was doing all the things right as I always have like eating clean, no sugar, no alcohol, high protein, sleeping 7-9 hours a night, being on HRT, and managing stress. But could not move the needle! The thing was the scale wasn’t going up, but the inflammation was. My clothes were feeling a little snugger, it was taking me longer to recover from workouts and I was feeling more fatigue than usual.

After researching Bioactive Precision peptides and taking them myself, I feel like me again!! The scale always reflects a 116-117. But it’s not anout the number. It’s about my overall health!!

Changing habits starts with being conscious of things that will make us better!
Due to today’s society and pressures, we move at warp speed and don’t really pay attention to what we are doing. But if you start to make conscious decisions of what you’re putting in your body and replacing bad habits for a good one, you’ll start to make changes which will become second nature!
