Triangle Warmup: one touch and two touch OUT OF THE AIR.

Most of your players will STRUGGLE with their weak foot. Keep working with them until they can be PROFICIENT enough with both feet.

Modification at the end: Picking their head up while moving and identifying how many finger’s you are holding up.
