Tons of stats we could go over from the last weekend of playing baseball in the U.S. Adult Baseball World Series… but for the second year in a row the one I’m most proud of is getting through pool play with the least amount of runs given up in the entire tournament out of 26 teams.
We understood the format, and that was 26 teams in a tournament that is supposed to be completed within four days… there HAD to be adjustments made the the typical tournament schedule. We adjusted our mindset and strategy to make sure that we moved out of pool play and onto the semifinals to give ourselves a shot.
Proud of how we battled, as we lost in extras im a well played game to the eventual champion! We’ll be back in black soon!
