🔺️So, getting a proper grocery list together is a crucial part of intentional success! Here are a few helpful hints to make the most of your grocery list:

🍓Shop on the outside of the grocery store (produce, protein focused) and work towards limiting foods that are refined or heavily processed.

📝Make your shopping list based on the meals you're planning to make that week! This helps you decrease waste, manage finances more intentionally, and streamline your needs!

🛑Don't go shopping when you're hungry! You will almost always grab more foods than you need and things that aren't aligned with your goals!

🏡Create a master grocery list of foods you like to keep in your house that support healthy snacks and meal habits. This will reduce the need to opt for unhealthy snacks and keep you on the right track!
