For years, women have been dismissed, told to “just deal with it,” or made to feel that all of the overwhelming vasomotor symptoms - fatigue, hot flashes, and mood changes were simply part of aging.

But today?

We’re celebrating a massive win for women’s health. 🙌

It’s been a minute since our last post — and if you’ve noticed the quiet, you’re not wrong. I had to take a little step back to focus on recovery and healing after my knee surgeries. Life has a way of reminding us that rest is part of the process, not something to feel guilty about.

Over the past few months, I’ve learned a lot — about slowing down, listening to my body, learning to ask for help, and finding strength in stillness. Recovery has a way of humbling you, but it also reignites your purpose.

And let me tell you… that fire is back. 🔥

I’m coming back to A&C Fit Co. with renewed energy, deeper appreciation for what health truly means, and more clarity on how I want to help you feel your best — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Whether you’ve been struggling to stay consistent, feeling burnt out, or just needing a reset — I see you. And we’re walking this comeback road together.

In the coming weeks, expect new info about exercise, health & wellness, hormone-supporting nutrition tips, and mindset tools that meet you where you are — because you don’t need to do it all, you just need to start again.
