Had great time this weekend, competing in El Reno at Smoke on the Water. Thank you Rib Cook Off Association for hosting. As always, y’all knocked it out of the park. We didn’t do too bad. We took:

3rd in Wings
14th in Ribs

We were really happy with our turn ins, but the competition this weekend was tough. A lot of heavy hitters out there and we were honored to get to compete against them. You can’t get better if you’re not challenging yourself and these guys are definitely a challenge. I learn so much from all of them. We’re truly blessed to be apart of such an outstanding community. See y’all in Stillwater

Had a great time yesterday in Watonga. Took 2nd in the People’s Choice category where they gave us 5lbs of ground bison and we had to create a dish. We did Bison Meatball Poutine using Watonga’s own White Cheddar Curds. We were off our game yesterday and messed up our timing. It happens. Unfortunately, the ribs suffered and we had a bad showing. Still had a blast, getting to cook with everyone in the RCOA. Thanks Rib Cook Off Association for hosting another great event. See y’all in El Reno!

Team LOADIE’S had another great weekend in competitive bbq. Went out to Blanchard for the Rhythm and Ribs Competition and had a great time. Here’s how we did!

Steak- 9th
Rib A- 4th
Rib B- 16th
