Here are your heat assignments for Saturday! I really hope you guys are excited to compete as we are to host you all. If you have any questions please free to comment or message the page. **Floater WOD** there will be registration available for you to sign up in 10 min slots starting at 8:30 and extending until 1:40. Slots will be given on a first come first serve basis. We will have fit aid and O2 available to purchase all day. As stated the building will be open at 6 am but registration officially opens at 7. You will need both partners there to sign the waivers.

I don't believe in charging for spectators.... Bring your family and friends! We have the gym set up for them to be right in your ear for an up close experience! This is the way Sammy would've wanted it! Lets pack the house and get a noise complaint or something!

We have an overflow room that will be dedicated to you for rest so bring chairs for your comfort.

Behind neck press will be 45/35
And the target for burpees will be your pull-up bar
Pull-ups for novice are jumping pull-ups. We will go over the standard the day of.
