Our 2026 Kathy Rabach Scholarship Recipient: KRISTIN ROSE👏🏼✨

Kristin began Irish dancing in 2012 at the O’Hare School of Irish Dance and has worked her way to the Open Championship level. She has competed at both the Mid-America Oireachtas and the North American Irish Dance Championships, challenging herself among some of the finest dancers in the country. She not only has worked as an assistant teacher at her studio, she also has served as a counselor at Camp Rince Ceol, and volunteered at multiple Feisanna.

Now at Hope College, where Kristin is pursuing her education degree, she is working to establish an Irish dance club so that students and faculty—whether they have years of dance experience or have never danced a step—can discover Irish dance.

Her vision doesn't stop with Irish dance. Kristin plans to become a teacher because she wants to help guide future generations and give young people the knowledge and life skills they need to make their own way in the world. That combination of ambition and service is what makes Kristin such a fitting recipient of the Kathy Rabach

Another successful Michigan Feis is in the books!!!! Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who worked all day to make this day great!!! And thank you to all of our set up Friday people and tear down people. Without you all it just wouldnt happen.
