Effective immediately. Due to the increase in covid cases in our community we are closing our lobby to the public. We will continue to be happy to assist customers curbside or outside the front door. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please remember that we are in out fall hours M-F 10 to 4. We can stay later by appointment if needed. Happy Holidays and stay safe!

At this time we will be closed to the public. One of our staff has received a positive covid test. While the odds of transmission to another staff member are extremely low due to the timing of the illness we believe it is for the best that we close our lobby. We will be continuing to complete jobs that are onsite while we wait for additional results and will be available via facebook messenger and by phone.

Due to an increase in the number of customers disregarding our current policies regarding the health and safety of our staff we will be returning to a semi closed lobby effective immediately. 1 person at a time will be allowed in to shop. Individuals who are not comfortable with these policies can be assisted curbside as always. A buzzer will be available to call a staff member.

Despite our best attempts to keep up with the influx of demand for repair and parts we find we cannot keep up. In order to allow for our staff to complete service jobs in a timely fashion we will be limiting our sales floor hours to 3 to 5pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. As the signs on our building CLEARLY state, masks are not optional. We respect the wishes of individuals to not wear them, but you will not be welcome in the building without one. Curbside service will be available if employees are willing and able for customers without masks.

Good news all, we have started to catch up on work affected by the shut down. We anticipate returning our phone system to normal operation on monday, we also intend to open our sales counter next week tuesday with a limit of 1 customer in the building at a time. Masks will be required for entry, if you do not have a mask we are still happy to assist you curbside.

Just a quick update for our customers. At this time our sales floor remains closed despite loosening of restrictions. This is being done due to the fact that some of our staff and staffs family members have health issues that put them at high risk during this time. We have also made this decision in order to allow us to complete the process of catching up our storage work and jobs that were delayed during the shut down. We also have determined that the training required, and additional cleaning required to keep our customers and staff safe would delay our service at a time when no one would like to see that. We are still doing curbside pickup and encourage customers to use facebook or our website to order parts as it allows us to work in a more efficient manner. We are doing what we can to keep up with phone traffic, but due to demand that is difficult and we ask for your continued patience. Lastly, due to the high risk nature of some of our staff, family members, and much of our customer base we ask that you please wear a mask during interactions. If you happen to forget to bring it, please call and we will assist you over the phone and then run your parts out to you. This is not a political statement, simply a practical way to protect our community and make sure we can continue to take care of you our customers! Thank you :)
