Watch Us Go Boating Connect communities to the waterfront through water safety. Kayak lessons & loaners for volunteers.

The Objective of the Watch Us Go Boating project is to reconnect our neighborhood communities to our shared urban waterfront environment. This is a partnership of the City of Muskegon, Fisherman's Landing & Nelson Neighborhood to address social and environmental injustices from limited public access to the lake. Renewed environmental connectivity can help us all to grow in ways that protect public

health and the environment, expand economic opportunity, and create and enhance our neighborhoods and the City at large.

What a beautiful summer solstice paddle thx for all who joined and helped with the project! 🛶🛟🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🧑‍🧒‍🧒🙏🚣🏻‍♀️😎🤩 a big ty to the coast guard for checking on our safety and giving us some helpful advice when crossing channels and how to deal with boat traffic. Thank you 😊 🚤 🛶 🛟😃
