This weekend wasn’t easy. Spin outs. Crashes. Setbacks. And even a blown up kitty cat 👎🏻

But here’s what matters…
He never complained.
He never quit.
He held his head high and raced his heart out every single heat!

We had a beautiful weekend on the ice ☀️🏁

The St. Germain shootout was amazing and we hope to go back next year. Rumor has it there was 10,000+ spectators in attendance for all that was there to see. Radar runs, bikini run, and the best of all the kids on the mini oval 🤘🏽

Callen was hyped and ready to race her bubbys 120 UNTILLLLL sister forgot where the break was and decided to be a stunt devil and take on a snowbank 👀 no injury occurred but Cody and I for sure thought she was trying out for snow cross. She walked away (picture shown) and decided it wasn’t going to be a race day for her😆

Kam showed up and raced his heart out. Although he didn’t make it to every final we were proud of the effort he brought to the ice this last weekend. 👏🏼

Kitty Cat Improved: 4th place

It was also a very special weekend because Grammy, poppy, Kenna, Karson, and Kensley came all the way from Michigan to be at the races.
Kenna jumped right in and helped out, so we’re trying to convince her to keep coming back! Haha 😆

A good racer can be fast.
A great racer is consistent, determined, and willing to learn every single time they line up.
This kid keeps showing up ,and that’s what makes me most proud. You’re time will come Kam, and I promise when it feels like no one is rooting for you, mom and dad are your BIGGEST fans 🏁

We had a rough weekend on the ice but we’ve got our head back on, a focused mind, and determination to do better every race.
We’re headed north this weekend to St. Germain for another weekend racing with our Northern Club ❤️🤘🏽🏁

Callen got out there on her Kitty cat and finished her race. Although she didnt make the final we are just so proud of her for finishing. She now gets her princess canopy for her bed 👑 lol

Each week Kam is gaining so much confidence and strength in his racing. He’s coming out of that timid grey area on modifieds thirsty for a win 🤘🏽

Callen raced one of her races Saturday and came bome with a 6th place in 120 amateur, but was not feeling good Sunday so she took the day off.

Kam was HUNGRY this weekend 🏁

World Championship weekend in Eagle River wrapped up yesterday and our boy brought the hardware home 🤘🏽

F3: 3rd place
Beginner champ: 3rd place
Beginner F1: 5th place
Kitty Cat Stock: 3rd place

Callen went out and ran her heat in amateur Kitty but thats all she could do (still hurts her belly) she came home with a participation trophy, and we’re so proud of our girl for still going out there every weekend and trying ❤️
