We think as a small business it’s important for you to know the faces and reasons behind our “why?”
Both Meagan and Rosemary are sports moms, but moms first, meaning we both work together to make sure we are run a successful business (thank you to everyone supporting us and helping us serve the community) while making sure we have both have the time and ability to show up for our kiddos on and off the field. We understand the last minute needs of needing a sports shirt for a special event, a special shirt for a spirit day, and I’m sure we, like you, have all made a last minute run to a sporting goods store because a kiddo has lost a red sock mate on game day.
Between us, our kids play basketball, volleyball, football, dance, golf, softball, cheer, and soccer. 😳😳😳We saw a need in not only our community but beyond to offer amazing uniforms at affordable prices to teams (with socks included 🤣) and have a physical location that you can stop in to grab a last minute item for school.

This is our “why” and we are honored to help serve our community

We are busy building designs and proposals for basketball teams! If you are interested in custom uniforms for your team, hit us up!

Decorations times are 15-20 BUSINESS days (3-4 weeks), but we are asking teams to give 30 days (6 weeks) from final order to delivery just to be safe.

Hi all! We are Demetre and Meagan Phillips, the owners here at SCC Uniforms and Team Gear!

We were born and raised in the Shoals, and we are raising our two kids here as well. Our son plays football, basketball and is a boxer. Our daughter does competitive cheer and dance.

We started this division of our company after seeing a huge need for locally owned and operated sports gear vendors. We hope you all with trust us to provide the highest quality items from the nation's top sports apparel brands.

Together with our parent company Shoals Custom Creations, our mission continues to be to give back to our community through our business. So shop small and shop local!
