🌿Welcome to Honeydew! Here Brittney-Jo is showing a mini flow from LvL 1 Suspension Yoga! The lunge flow activates the thighs, quads, shin and calf to build stability in the lower body plus core strength as you push and align the torso.

**MUST take AT LEAST 2 Beginner Suspension classes before taking LVL 1**
